How can your customers redeem promotions
When your customer scans the QR code in the bar he lands on the available Promotions tab. He can choose from the list of Promotions you have added to your venue.
Once customer selects an offer or promotion from the list, he needs to choose products for the promotion. Customer can view selected products details.
Customer needs to enter phone number and complete verification to access the promotion to ensure promotion limits are applied and responsible drinking guidelines are followed.
HINT
There are limit on the promotions use per day and per month for each of your customers to prevent abuse. We will also attribute a maximum number of promotions available for any promotion period. These will be specified in the terms and conditions.
After verification customer will get instructions on redeeming promo at the bar and an overview of order details with a breakdown of order details including price and discounted amount.
HINT
Competitions don’t have discounted amounts, while they have additional fields to enter competition question answers.
Consumer needs to press button ‘I’ve placed my order’ and confirm that order has been placed to complete promo redemption process and ensure refund payment for the order goes through.
Once consumer completes all steps he’ll see ‘Order complete- green tick’ screen, that he can show to venue staff to redeem the promotion, this informs us that the order has been complete and verifies the refund from AB-Inbev.
